Bringing the building’s electrical infrastructure to life in a virtual environment, our team developed a highly detailed 3D BIM model that served as the backbone for coordination and execution. The scope included modeling distribution panels, containment raceways, lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches with precision. We also incorporated key security components such as CCTV systems, interlocking fixtures, junction boxes, and card readers to ensure a fully integrated design. From this comprehensive model, we extracted precise 2D plans and sections to guide on-site installation and streamline project delivery.
