1001 DESIGNS
We are a premium architecture and building consultancy company. Since our inception in 2017, we have delivered an extensive portfolio of successful residential, commercial and industrial development projects.
Architecture and Design Management Practice
From concept to approvals, handled with confidence
1001 Designs is a NSW registered architectural practice delivering architecture and interiors with a strong focus on design management and approvals.
We manage the full process from concept through DA, CC, CDC and REF submissions, coordinating consultants, authorities, and certifiers on our clients’ behalf.
Our structured, proactive approach removes the stress of back-and-forth coordination, secures approvals efficiently, and gives clients confidence that their project is progressing clearly, correctly, and without surprises.
Specialist FF&E Consultancy & Samples Approval Process
Compliant products, reviewed and approved without delays
We support clients, builders, and project teams with FF&E consultancy and sample submission management, ensuring selected products are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and approved efficiently.
By managing reviews, submissions, and stakeholder approvals, we streamline procurement, reduce delays, and remove uncertainty, helping projects move forward smoothly and confidently.
Digital Engineering and BIM for Complex Projects
Clear information. Coordinated design. Confident delivery.
We provide digital engineering and BIM management services for government and complex projects, including hospitals, industrial facilities, and large-scale developments.
Acting as lead digital coordinators, we manage BIM coordination, Common Data Environments (CDEs), and information workflows in line with ISO 19650.
This ensures all stakeholders work from a single source of truth, reducing risk, improving accuracy, and supporting transparent, controlled project delivery.
Commitment to our Clients
We believe in doing projects the right way: clear scope, transparent processes, and no hidden costs.
We guide projects from A to B with structure, experience, and accountability, eliminating unnecessary variations and ensuring clients always know where their project stands.
Our role is simple: to make complex projects feel straightforward and successful.
